Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellations up to 21 days before arrival: the deposit will be converted into a voucher for a booking within the current year or at most by the end of the following year.
• From 20 days before arrival to no-show: deposit forfeited.
• For the "NON-REFUNDABLE" rate: in case of cancellation, changes, or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged

Arrival, No-Show:
Arrival must take place on the scheduled day after 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, identity documents for all persons staying in the room must be presented for registration.
In case of delay, the guest must inform the hotel promptly; otherwise, the room will be kept available until 10:00 AM the following day, after which the hotel may re-rent it to other guests.

Early Departure:
If the guest departs earlier than agreed upon (excluding documented cases of force majeure), the hotelier may require payment for the entire stay as per the booking (except in cases where fault is attributable to the hotel or its staff), minus any unused meals.

Price Calculation:
Living, Living Plus: minimum 2 full-paying persons.
Discounts: 100% for children from 0 to 4.99 years | 40% for children from 5 to 13.99 years | 20% for the third person from 14 years onward.

• Beach service (one umbrella, one sunbed, and one deckchair – service guaranteed from mid-May to mid-September)
• Wi-Fi
• Daily cleaning (excluding kitchenette and dishes), with a change of beach towels, bed linens, and bath towels every 3 days
• Air conditioning / Heating
• Subject to availability, parking in the outdoor hotel area (limited spaces, not bookable)
• Europa Card: discount card for Bibione Thermae, restaurants, shops, and various activities
  
  

Extras:

• Drinks: not included
• Tourist tax: the tourist tax of approximately €1.40 per person per night is not included, applicable to all persons from 4 years old, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights
• Pets: Pets are allowed upon request. In addition to a daily supplement (further details available on the “Pet Friendly” page), a deposit of €100.00 is required, payable in cash at reception, which will be refunded if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
• Restaurant service: Buffet Free Service or table service at the discretion of the management

In case of force majeure or special circumstances, the management of the hotels and aparthotels of Europa Tourist Group reserves the right to move the booking, either partially or in full, to one of our similar properties under the same price conditions and with the same services.
